Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on the carrier’s estimated transit time. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be Communicated to you at the time of order.
3. Shipping Delays and Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the freight carrier. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage shifts to the carrier, and the customer must address any issues directly with the carrier.
3.2. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, and other force majeure events.
3.3. Tracking and Delivery Issues
A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. If there are any issues with the delivery, such as lost or damaged packages, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
4.1. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for shipments delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
4.2. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
5. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with all local regulations and restrictions in the destination country.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund or replacement, including any shipping costs.

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. A refund will be issued once the return is approved and processed.

To return a product, please contact our team to organise a return. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
6.4. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns. For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
7. Product Variances and Changes
7.1. Design and Measurement Guidelines
Due to continuous development, all designs and measurements are intended only as a guide and are subject to change without notice.
7.2. Handmade Variances
Our cabinets are individually handmade, ensuring each product is unique. As a result, our products may be subject to size and colour variances, as well as slight imperfections such as weld marks and minor bowing. While we strive to maintain high quality and consistency, these natural variances are inherent to the handcrafted process and are not considered defects. Accordingly, they are not covered under the product warranty.
8. Warranty and Liability
8.1. 5-Year Warranty on Hardware
We offer a 5-year warranty on hardware. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
8.2. Warranty Voidance
Please note that any modifications to the cabinet will void the manufacturer’s warranty. It is advisable to follow the installation guide provided by the manufacturer.
8.3. Proper Installation
Proper installation and waterproofing by a certified tradesman is crucial to ensure durability and prevent damage. The user assumes all responsibility for any issues arising from the installation process.
8.4. Exclusions
Hideaway Shower Cabinets is not liable for any corrosion due to saltwater exposure and chemicals.
